Forogtten Carols With Girls!

We got to go to the Forgotten Carols last night! It's been a tradition for about 6 or 7 years now for all my sister and mom to go! We always go to dinner and then head over there! It's always so much fun and we always get laughing sooo hard! We had Danielle's friend Nicki come with and Lona met us at Wingers and visited awhile with us! Then Michelle my manager met us there and it was such a fun night and turned out great! Andrea made it there around 8:00 so it worked out great! Thanks for a fun night girls!

Winter Wonderland!

So we've been loving the snow! I think it reminds Patrick a little more of home! I think our dogs love it more than us though! Especially Rex, we'll throw snowballs and he'll run and chase them but the snow is up to his calfs so it's so funny to watch him try and run thru the snow. I tried getting some pictures of Lady but she just wouldn't have it. She absolutly hates the camera. But there's one of Rex on top of his house!

Roastin' Marshmellows!

So the sweetheart my husband is he made a really boring night into a super fun night and got marshmellows and graham crackers so we could cook marshmellows in our little fire pit! He got chocolate marshmellows no less and they were super good on the graham crackers! It was tons of fun and I appreciate him so much! He is always doing such nice things for me and going out of his way to make things fun! LOVE YOU PATRICK!!!

Baby Shower!

On Saturday was our gorgeous red headed Ashlee Lowes babyshower! She looks dang good for being 8 months pregnant! She's a trooper! But it was such a fun baby shower! They melted different kinds of candy bars different diapers and numbered the diapers 1-7 and we had to sniff the candy bars in the diapers and try to guess what kind of candy bars were melted in it! it was hilarious to watch everyone try and figure it out! It was so fun to see everyone as well! I let too much time go in between seeing all my friends! it seems to happen after everyone gets married though. But after the Baby shower we all went and got some oats cream and went to the Jubilee of trees which we couldn't figure out where the trees were because it was just all booths..But it was still alot of fun! Congrats Ash and Thanks girls for a wonderful time!

Thankful for Family!

Thanksgiving was really fun! We got together with Patricks family over at his oldest brothers house (Bobbi)! The food was great, hanging out with the family and spending time with them was really fun! I love spending time with family, they are so fun! Especially hanging out with the nephews and nieces! Me and Patrick fit in better hanging out with the kids I think! hehe! You can never get enough of them. I'm so grateful for Pats side of the family, they always just treat me like one of them and they're so fun to be with! I'm so thankful for my side as well they're so fun and I missed them on thanksgiving but luckily we made it just in time to see all the nieces and nephew and say hi to them all and I was so appreciative of Pat for letting us get to go over there! Unfortunatley I didn't get any pictures of my family but next year we will! Love You All!!

Tis' The Season!

Well this is a little late because we put our christmas tree up two sundays ago! I know I know it's a little bit early but it's not like you get to enjoy your christmas tree all year round so you might as well put it up a little earlier so you can enjoy it a little longer, right!? So we had a fun night of listening to The Forgotton Carols, Amy Grants christmas cd and NOW thats what I call christmas! It was a new experience since it's mine and Pat's first christmas being married! We're so excited for the holidays and all the joy and happiness that comes with it! I'm even excited for the weather!

Big Puppy!

So we got Rex I think about 6 weeks ago and he's been such a great puppy even though he get's himself into trouble quite a bit. But he had his first puppy shots yesterday and he did so good but when we adopted him they said he was a border collie/australian Kelpie mix, so we were thinking he would be a medium sized dog. But the way he has been growing soooo fast and as much as he eats we started to have our doubts! His paws about fit into my palm perfectly so they're pretty big paws! But when I took him into the Vet yesterday to get his shots and have him weighed and such (which he weighed 25 1/2 lbs!) they vet asked what kind of dog he was and I told him what the people said when we adopted him and he kind of chuckled and said he was probably a Rottweiler, Mastiff mix! So that came as a shock and it seemed to put everything into place! haha! It's like feeding a horse! The first picture was 10 days ago just hanging out in our backyard and the second picture is yesterday right after his shots hanging out at Pat's work. You can see he's already grown a bit just in thoughs few days! But we love him and wouldn't trade him for anything!

Friday, November 7, 2008

So yesterday I got all my sisters together so we could get a picture with all of us since we haven't been able to do that for awhile! They turned out so great! My sisters are so dang photogenic! I just want them to know how much I appreciate them! They're such huge blessings in my life! I love to be around them and doing things with them! Especially our girls nights or girl lunches, we always have a blast and laugh the whole time! They're so great, I hope they know that! The next pictures are of Brookie and her two adorable kids, Gabrielle and Lydia! Aren't they they prettiest little girls yo've ever seen!? I love you girls!

Patrick's 1 Year Mark!

So this is a little late and I had planned on doing it that day but I totally forgot! But November 2nd was Pat's one year anniversary of being home off his mission! That seems crazy because we've been married for 7 months! We know how to get it done! I'm so glad your home sweetie! I'm happy I got to marry you! And on November 4th was our very first kiss and our 7 month anniversary! Alot happened in that few days and i'm so glad! So I added some pictures of Pats homecoming and some pictures of when we first started dateing! Love You sweetie i'm so glad I get to be a part of your life! Your so great and thanks for all you do! U.S.A

Well it is so nice for the presidential Elections to be over! It's such a relief! I was very sad to find out that Mccain didn't make it all the way, I think he would have made an excellent president! I was really dissapointed and worried as well, but as time goes by I think i'm growing more used to the fact that Barack Obama is now our new President. Hopefully he does some good changes to this country! I think they are both good men and i'm happy for the both of them! they've accomplished alot even just running for president it's such a huge thing! I'm excited to see what will happen next!

Weekend!

The weekend was such a relaxing one and very fun! On Saturday we went to water our grass and we noticed that it started popping up everywhere! We're so excited!!! We're finally gettting our grass! I love it! it's so green too! And then we took the dogs on a much longer walk then they're used to but it was very fun afterward we had a photo shoot with them! haha! Lady did not like it as you can see, she's scared of lightning so everytime the flash would go off she would try to hide! She's such a cutie! And little Wrex was a little poser, he loved the camera, He has these little bat ears that flop bank everytime he puts his head back! He's getting sooo big! They both have quite the personalities! And then as we were cooking dinner we looked out our kitchen window and the orchard and trees were so lit up by the after rain and sunshine! It was gorgoues! It was a very fun relaxing weekend!

Halloween!

Well our Halloween morning started out great, we were driving down to St.George and this sunrise is what we got to enjoy the whole way down! And then we got to have a costume contest at work so we all dressed up, Michelle was Sarah Pallin, Crystal was a banana, and I was a 50's girl! It was so fun! Then we also had a Pumpkin Carving Contest, Mine was John Wayne but it definitly didn't look quite like him because Patrick the kind hearted husband he is carved it for me on Wednesday night because Thursday we had a halloween party to go too and we wouldnt have had time to do it so it kind of got mushy and droopy by the time Halloween came along but it did look like him on Wednesday night! Thank You Pat! And then on Friday night we went to Thriller over at Tuachann, It was so much fun and really really good! Really funny! So our Halloween turned out to be fantastic!
